| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒乐搽剂联合百多邦对肛周湿疹的治疗价值。方法将47例肛周湿疹患者随机分为2组，治疗组24例采用舒乐搽剂联合百多邦治疗，对照组23例单纯炉甘石洗剂涂擦，疗程均为14d，观察治疗前后症状好转情况。结果治疗组近期疗效高于对照组，且远期复发率低（P〈0．05）。结论舒乐搽剂联合百多邦治疗肛周湿疹疗效优于单纯炉甘石洗剂外用。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the therapeutic value of Shule liniment combined with mupirocin oint- ment in anus week eczem. Methods 47 cases of anus week eczema patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group had 24 cases, and they were therapied with shule liniment and mupirecin ointment. The control group had 23 cases, and they were therapied with calamine lotion. The course were 14 days. Im- provements were observed before and after treatment symptoms. Results Recent curative effect of the treatment group is higher than the control group, at the same time, Long-term recurrence rate was low. Conclusion Shule liniment joint mupirocin ointment in anus week eczema curative effect superior to simple calamine lotion for external use only. |
