银翘散浓缩袋泡剂的制备及质量控制

摘    要:目的制备银翘散浓缩袋泡剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法用薄层色谱法对金银花、连翘进行鉴别,并用紫外分光光度法测定主药材金银花中绿原酸的含量。结果绿原酸的线性范围为5-20mg/L(R=0.9997),平均回收率为96.45%,RSD=1.92%。结论本方法操作简便,结果可靠,适用于银翘散浓缩袋泡剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare Yinqiaoshan tea bag and establish the standard of quality control. Methods: The Flos Lonicera and Herba Glechomae were identified by TCL. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by UV. Results; The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 5mg-20mg/L, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 96.45% with RSD of 1.92%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Yinqiaoshan tea bag.
