| 摘 要： | 目的]了解宁阳县2～12岁儿童血铅水平及含量超标状况。方法]按照卫生部《儿童高铅血症和铅中毒分级和处理原则(试行)》标准,采用分层整群随机抽样对县城和乡村小学或幼儿园健康儿童进行血铅检测。结果]调查6879人,血铅异常者1 962人,异常率为28.52%,均为中度以下异常。城乡儿童血铅异常率的差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。不同性别儿童血铅异常率的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。随年龄增加,血铅超标机率增加。结论]农村儿童血铅水平超标现象低于城区和工业发达地区,但潜在威胁不容忽视。
