| 摘 要： | 总结了7例乌头中毒患者的急救措施及护理，认为及早洗胃，快速输液促进毒素排出，纠正心律失常，配合做好病情观察，加强心理护理是急救成功的关键。指导患者合理用药是预防乌头中毒的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The authors summarized first aid measure and nursing of 7 patients poisoned by aconitum, arguing that it is key to intubate stomach as early as possible, transfuse quickly so as to exclude poison, correct arrhythmia, cooperate to observe the disease and enhance mental care for the success of first aid. Guidance of taking reasonable medicine is important factor to prevent aconitum poisoning. |
