| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程健康教育护理临床路径对降低冠心病患者并发症发生的影响。方法选择冠心病患者300例,采用全程健康教育护理临床路径表完成院内及院外的健康教育。于如入院24h、住院期间、出院时、出院后1个月完成随访。结果住院期间、出院时、出院后1个月冠心病患者并发症发生较入院24h明显降低,差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.01。结论应用全程健康教育护理临床路径对降低冠心病患者并发症发生有显著意义。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of whole course health education nursing clinical pathway to reduce complications among patients with coronary heart disease.METHODS A total of 300 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.The whole course health education nursing clinical pathway table was used to record the health education inside and outside hospitals.The patients were followed up and performed health education within 24 hours of admission,hospitalization,discharge and one month after discharge.RESULTS The complications cases of patients with coronary artery disease during hospitalization,discharge,one month after discharge in compared with 24 hours of admission were obviously decreased.CONCLUSION The whole course health education nursing clinical pathway in patients with coronary heart disease to reduce complications has remarkable significance. |
