心理干预在泌尿外科病人围手术期护理中的作用

目的探讨心理干预在泌尿外科病人围手术期护理中的作用。方法选择某院泌尿外科病人183例,随机分为两组,对照组进行传统的围手术期护理,实验组在围手术期护理中采取心理干预措施。对病人的并发症、康复时间及康复效果进行比较并进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组病人的并发症发生率较低,康复时间较短,且具有较好的康复效果,统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论在泌尿外科病人围手术期护理中采取心理干预措施,可减少术后并发症,缩短病人住院时间,有效提高泌尿外科病人的康复效果。

Role of psychological interventions on the urological patients in the Preoperative Period nursing

OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of psychological interventions in the nursing for the urological patients during the preoperative period.METHODS Urological cases were chosen and divided into two groups.The control group were nursed with the traditional method and the experiment group were nursed with psychological interventions and traditional method.The complication and rehabilitation duration in the two groups were analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a lower rate of complication and shorter rehabilitation duration.Statistical analysis showed that the result between the two group has a significant difference(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Adaption of the psychological interventions for the urological patients during the preoperative period can reduce the rate of complication and the time of Hospitalization,and make the patients rehabilitee better.
