非流行区宜兴市不同人群布鲁菌病血清学监测分析

目的调查宜兴市不同人群布鲁菌病(简称布病)的感染状况,了解非流行区的高危人群和特点。方法调查宜兴市羊肉交易从业人员及羊只的饲养人员,抽查部分生猪屠宰人员,按地理方位在宜兴市东、南、西、北、中各地区调查一般成年人群。调查交易市场主要来源地羊只。先用布鲁菌虎红平板凝集反应(RBPT)进行初筛,阳性者做试管凝集试验(SAT)检测布鲁血清抗体。结果宜兴市一般人群及生猪屠宰人员中未检出布病感染,羊肉交易市场的从业人员中布病感染率为6.82%。结论宜兴市布病的发生主要是染疫羊只输入所至,羊肉交易市场为宜兴市布病的高发场所,在羊肉交易市场从业人员中布病感染潜在危险性持续存在,应加强对羊肉交易市场的整治,对从业人员加强健康教育,采取一定的干预措施,控制布鲁菌病在该市的流行。

Analysis on serological surveillance of brucellosis for different population in non-epidemic area of Yixing

OBJECTIVE To describe the infection of brucellosis in different population and determine the population at high-risk in non-epidemic area.METHODS Investigated the sheep from the main sources,mutton business men and sheep feeders,spot-checked randomly pig butchers.Selected and surveyed a general adult population according to geographical orientation(east,south,west,north and middle)of Yixing.Screened with RBPT,then tested Brucella antibody in positive people with SAT.RESULTS No infection of brucellosis was detected and diagnosed among general population and pig butchers.The infection rate of the workers in mutton trading markets was 6.82%.CONCLUSION Brucellosis in Yixing is caused by input of infected sheep,the mutton trading markets are epidemic spots with relatively high incidence and potential risk of brucellosis infection.Surveillance and management in the mutton trading markets should be enhanced,the workers should be educated,and intervention measures should be taken to control the spread of brucellosis.
