石河子市儿童流行性腮腺炎疫苗免疫效果评价

摘    要:目的评价儿童接种流行性腮腺炎疫苗的免疫效果。方法采用组群抽样的方法,抽取在12~18个月接种过流腮疫苗的1~8岁儿童共769名,用酶联免疫法原(ELLSA)定性测定流腮IgG抗体。结果 1岁~组的抗体阳性率最低(31.15%),2岁~组抗体阳性率最高(67.19%),2岁~组以后随年龄的增长抗体水平呈下降趋势,并进行趋势卡方检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=477.22,P﹤0.005),男女间腮腺炎抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.077,P﹥0.05),常住儿童抗体阳性率高于暂住人口(χ2=3.92,P﹤0.05)。结论石河子市儿童接种1剂次腮腺炎疫苗后,腮腺炎抗体水平处于较低水平,建议采取2剂次的接种方案。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the immune effect of mumps vaccine. METHODS The serum samples were collected according to the method of probability proportional to size (PPS) from 769 children aged 1 to 8 years who were given mumps vaccine during 12 and 18 months. The mumps IgG antibody was detected by ELISA test. RESULTS The antibody positive rate was the lowest ( 31.15% ) in babies less than 2 years, while the antibody positive rate was the highest among children (67.19%) less than 3 years. Children older than 2 years old, the antibody positive rate was significantly decreased with age (χ2 = 477.22, P﹤0.005), and the positive rate of mumps IgG antibody was higher in the permanent resident children than that in the temporary resident children (χ2 = 3.92, P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION The mumps IgG antibody rate was lower in children in Shihezi after once vaccination. Therefore, the two times vaccination method may be more effective.
