开封市农村居民阑尾疾病发病的季节性特征分析

目的了解开封地区农村居民阑尾疾病发病规律和特征,探索年龄、性别因素与其季节性发病的相关性,摸清阑尾疾病发病的动态变化趋势。方法逐年追踪开封市2008～2010年参加新型农村合作医疗的农村居民的住院就诊情况,对其中患阑尾疾病住院治疗病例的临床资料进行总结分析。结果阑尾疾病大都好发于5、6月,其他月份比较平稳。性别和年龄组的发病率好发月份没有明显区别,好发于5、6月。结论开封地区阑尾疾病发病率呈季节性是自然地理、社会地理以及医学地理环境因素综合影响所致。其中气候气象、自然地理环境、饮食因素等对阑尾疾病的季节性高发也具有一定的影响。

Analysis on the seasonal characteristics of appendicitis in Kaifeng rural residents

OBJECTIVE To understand the patterns and characteristics of appendicitis among rural residents in Kaifeng, and explore the correlation between the age, sex and the Seasonal incidence, so as to find out the changing trends of the appendicitis. METHODS We tracked the inpatients’ status of patients who had New-type rural cooperative medical treatment system from 2008-2010 in Kaifeng. The clinical data of appendicitis of hospitalized patients were analyzed. RESULTS The appendicitis mostly occurred in the May and June, and the disease was more stable in other seasons. The prevalence did not show significant difference in incidence of different sex and age, and the disease mostly occurred in the May and June. CONCLUSION The incidence of appendicitis in Kaifeng area showed seasonal, which was induced by natural geography, social geography and medical geographical factors. The climate weather, geographical environment and dietary factors had influence on the occurrence of appendicitis.
