微创经皮肾穿刺碎石术与经尿道输尿管镜下碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石对比分析

目的对比分析微创经皮肾穿刺碎石术与经尿道输尿管镜下碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石的临床效果。方法收集某院治疗的CUUC病例62例。根据手术方式,随机分为观察组42例,均采用MPCNL手术治疗;对照组20例,均采用URL手术治疗。观察分析两组的手术及预后情况。结果微创经皮肾穿刺碎石术观察组手术时间、手术出血量为(105.6±19.8)min、(54.6±15.5)ml,显著多于对照组(P﹤0.05);观察组手术成功率为97.6%,残留率为0%,显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率2.4%,显著低于对照组的30.0%(P﹤0.05)。结论 URL在手术时间、术中出血优于MPCNL,但MPCNL手术成功率、残留率均较URL高。

comparison analysis of Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy and transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy in treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi

OBJECTIVE To comparative analyze the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy and transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy in treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi. METHODS 62 cases with CUUC were collected in our hospital. According to the operation mode, the cases were randomly divided into the observation group with 42 cases by using MPCNL operation therapy; 20 cases in the control group by using URL operation treatment. The operation and prognosis of the two groups were observed and analyzed. RESULTS The operation time and operation time bleeding volume of minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture lithotrity in the observation group was 105.6±19.8min and 54.6±15.5 ml, which was significantly higher than those of the control group (P﹤ 0.05); the operation success rate of the observation group was 97.6%, and the the residual rate was 0%, which was significantly better than those of the control group (P﹤0.05). The the postoperative complication rate of observation group was 2.4%, which was significantly lower than that of control group (30%, P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION URL in operation time and intraoperative bleeding was better than MPCNL, but MPCNL operation success rate and residual rate showed to be higher than URL.
