重症ICU中心静脉导管感染病原菌的耐药性监测

目的 分析某院重症ICU中心静脉导管感染病原菌的分布特点及耐药情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据.方法 采用安徽恒星HX-21细菌鉴定分析仪对该院2005年1月～2010年12月115株导管感染病原菌进行鉴定及药敏分析.结果 115株病原菌中革兰阴性杆菌占49.6％ (57/115).以鲍曼不动杆菌为主.对亚胺培南、关孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感率较高.革兰阳性菌占45.2％ (52/115),以表皮葡萄球菌为主.对万古霉素敏感率100％.真菌占5.2％(6/115).均为白色念珠菌.结论 了解中心静脉导管感染病原菌的耐药情况,根据药敏合理使用抗菌药物,减少多重耐药菌的产生.

Monitoring on drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria of central venous catheter in severe ICU

OBJECTIVE To study the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of the pathogens of central venous catheter infections in our ICU.METHODS By using Anhui stars HX-21 bacteria appraisal susceptibility analyzer,there were 115 cases catheter infections pathogens were identified and drug susceptibility analysis from Jan.2005 to Dec.2010.RESULTS In 218 strains of pathogenic bacteria,there were 49.6%,57/115 gram-negative bacteria,mainly with Acinetobacter baumannii.It had a high sensitivity to Imipenem,Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium and Piperacillin/he thiazole ba jotham.Gram-positive bacteria was 42.5%,52/115,mainly with Staphylococcus epidermidis.The sensitive rate to vancomycin was 100%.Fungi was 5.2%,6/115,all for canidida albicans.CONCLUSION It should study the drug resistance of the pathogen of central venous catheter infections.According to antimicrobial susceptibility,it should rationally use the antimicrobial agents to reduce multiple drug-resistant bacteria.
