| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管内支架管移位的原因、处理以及预防措施。方法对2005~2011年某科17例发生输尿管内支架移位患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 15例上移的内支架14例用输尿管镜取出,另1例开放取出。2例下移的支架管在膀胱镜下取出后并重新放置,所有患者术后随访无远期并发症发生。结论术前选择合适的双J管、术中仔细操作等可有效预防双J管移位,输尿管镜下取双J管是处理内支架上移的首选方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To summary the reason,prevention and management of double-J stent placement.METHODS From January 2005 to December 2011,seventeen cases with double J ureteral stent placement were retrospectively analyzed,including migrating proximally in the ureter(fifteen cases)and distally in the bladder(two cases).RESULTS Two cases of distal stent migration were repositioned by cystoscopy,fourteen cases with migrating proximally in the ureter were moved by ureteroscopy and one case by open surgery.No complication occurred when the patients were followed up.CONCLUSION Ureterscopy is the ideal technique for removal of migrated stents |
