胎儿纤维连接蛋白联合宫颈长度测量对先兆早产孕妇发生早产的预测价值

目的探讨胎儿纤维连接蛋白联合宫颈长度测量对先兆早产孕妇发生早产的预测价值。方法先兆早产孕妇200例(先兆早产组100例与早产组100例)和足月妊娠正常产妇100例(对照组)采用胎儿纤维连接蛋白联合宫颈长度测量诊断。结果胎儿纤维连接蛋白联合宫颈长度测量对先兆早产孕妇发生早产预测率为88.0%,而对先兆早产的预测为78.0%,同时对照组的阳性比率为9.0%,早产组和先兆早产组的阳性率明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论胎儿纤维连接蛋白在临产后的表达变化与早产发生有关,为胎儿纤维连接蛋白预测早产提供了一定的理论支持。

The predictive value of fetal fibronectin combined with cervical length measurement for threatened preterm

OBJECTIVE To investigate predictive value of fetal fibronectin combined with cervical length measurement for threatened preterm delivery.METHODS 200 cases with threatened preterm delivery(100 cases of threatened premature delivery group and 100 cases of preterm group)and 100 cases with normal maternal(control group)were detected by the fetal fibronectin combined with cervical length measurement.RESULTS The preterm prediction rate were 88.0% and 78.0% of fetal fibronectin combined with cervical length measurement for the threatened premature delivery group and preterm group that were significantly higher in the control group(9.0%)(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The fetal fibronectin expression changes is related to the preterm delivery that can provides some theoretical predictive support.
