摘    要:目的 回顾分析乳腺浸润性导管癌钼靶X线征象,探讨钙化在诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌中的价值.方法 收集有钙化X线表现的54例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者进行读片分析.结果 乳腺浸润性导管癌不定形或模糊的钙化、粗糙不均质钙化、细小的多形性钙化、线样或线样分支状钙化分别占12.96%、7.41%、53.70%、24.07%.钙化在单位面积内的数量(N/S)>20个/cm2占77.78%.结论 钙化是乳腺浸润性导管癌的常见征象,甚至是唯一征象,仔细分析钙化形态、大小、密度及其密集度可为诊断提供帮助.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the X-ray signs of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma by molybdenum target tube retrospectively and explore the value of calcification in the diagnosis of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma.METHODS Calcification had been found on mammogram and proved by pathology in 54 cases of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma,then the characteristics of calcification were analyzed.RESULTS The calcification imaging features of 54 cases with infiltrating ductal carcinoma included irregular or indistinct calcification(12.96%),shape of coarse and heterogeneous density(7.41%),minute calcification(53.70%),line-like or branch shape(24.07%)and number of calcified foci per square centimeter(N/S)﹥20(77.78%).CONCLUSION Calcification is the common features of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma.Therefore,according to the shape,size,density and the dense degree of the calcification,it can contribute to diagnosis of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma
