MRI与MRA在椎动脉型颈椎病诊断中的作用

目的 探讨MRI与MRA在椎动脉型颈椎病诊断中的作用,为今后临床诊疗提供参考.方法 选取临床诊断为椎动脉型颈椎病的患者64例及正常对照30例,同时进行椎动脉MRA检查及颈椎MRI检查.结果 MRI及MRA从各角度直接、间接反映颈椎关节或关节突增生、椎体失稳、椎间盘变窄等情况,以及椎动脉管腔变细、狭窄、闭塞、扭曲或折角等情况,并且能够区分正常对照组与病例组的差异.结论 MRI及MRA检查能够直观的显示椎动脉全貌及颈椎的结构改变,能够较为准确的将正常与异常颈椎区别出来,是一种理想的联合检查手段.

Effect of MRI and MRA in diagnosis of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of MRI and MRA in diagnosis of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy(CSA),and provide reference for further clinic treatment.METHODS A total of 64 patients with CSA and 30 healthy controls were collected,and performed MRA for vertebral artery and MRI for cervical vertebra.RESULTS The MRI and MRA could directly and indirectly reflect the joint hyperplasia,vertebral instability and narrow intervertebral disc of cervical arthritis,and lumen thinner,stenosis,blocking,twist and bevel of vertebral artery,and could distinguish the difference of normal controls and cases.CONCLUSION MRI and MRA could directly reflect graph of vertebral artery and structure changes of cervical vertebra,and could distinguish the health and abnormal of cervical vertebra,and it is an ideal detection method.
