输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与体外震波碎石术治疗输尿管结石临床疗效的比较

目的 比较输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与体外震波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效.方法 收集在某院就诊的输尿管结石患者的临床资料,比较在接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与体外震波碎石术治疗后的疗效以及临床症状,并用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析.结果 治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组、中下段结石的有效率也明显高于对照组、术后各类症状出现明显少于对照组;但是,对照组上段结石的有效率明显高于治疗组.结论 输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对于输尿管中下段结石有较好的疗效,而体外震波碎石对于输尿管上段结石具有较好疗效.

Clinical comparison of holmium laser lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical curative effect of holmium laser lithotripsy with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi.METHODS We collected the clinical data of ureteral calculi patients and compared the therapy and clinical symptoms between holmium laser lithotripsy and ESWL.RESULTS The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,however,the efficiency for upper ureteral calculi in control group was signiciantly higher than that in the treated group.CONCLUSION The ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for distal ureteral calculi has good curative effect,and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for upper ureteral calculi has good effect.
