| 摘 要： | 目的观察西利宾胺在肺结核治疗中护肝疗效。方法采用西利宾胺和世界卫生组织推荐的短化方案治疗608例单纯菌阳肺结核(治疗组),并以同期短化治疗的552例作为对照(对照组)。结果治疗组初、复治菌阳肺结核患者肝功损害率分别为2.35%、5.10%,对照组分别为4.19%、18.18%,前两者差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),后两者差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论在初治单纯肺结核时,无需常规加用护肝药,复治治疗则需考虑联用护肝药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effect of Silybin Meglumine on liver-injury occurring in the course of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. METHODS 608 simple smear-positive patients (treated group) were administrated with the combination of Silybin Meglumine and short-course chemotherapy of the WHO, while 552 patients (control group) were received short-course chemotherapy. RESULTS The incidence of liver function impairment of initial treatment patients was 2.35% in the treated group and 4.19% in the retreatment patients (P﹥0.05). However, the rates in the control group were 5.10% and 18.18%, respectively (P﹤0.01). CONCLUSION Liver protective agent is not necessary for simple pulmonary tuberculosis patients during initial treatment, while during retreatment, which is considered to be necessary. |
