淮安市2009年居民病伤死亡原因及主要疾病减寿分析

目的了解淮安市居民人口死因构成及各类疾病的危害程度,为制定疾病预防与控制措施提供依据。方法疾病分类按ICD-10进行分类编码,资料分析运用SPSS13.0软件,对2009年淮安市居民死亡数据进行统计分析。结果2009年淮安市居民粗死亡率为571.27/10万,男性粗死亡率为607.28/10万,标化率为501.96/10万;女性粗死亡率为533.49/10万,标化率为437.12/10万,男性死亡率高于女性(P﹤0.05)。死因顺位前5位为循环系统疾病(包括脑血管和心脏病),肿瘤,呼吸系统疾病,损伤和中毒外部原因,消化系统疾病。从居民总减寿年数上看,肿瘤、循环系统疾病、伤害、呼吸系统疾病排在前4位,从居民平均减寿数上看,损伤和中毒等外部原因排在前列。结论以心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤为代表的慢性非传染性疾病和伤害是威胁该市居民身体健康的主要疾病,建议加大慢性非传染性疾病预防控制工作的投入。

Analysis on deaths cause and potential life lost among residents of Huaian in 2009

OBJECTIVE To analyze the proportion of death causes and the extent of harm caused by disease death among residents of Huaian,and provide references for disease prevention and control.METHODS The causes of death were classified according to ICD-10,the collected data of death information from residents were analyzed with SPSS13.0.RESULTS The mortality was 571.27/100 000 in residents,and the mortality was 607.28/100 000 for male(standardized was 501.96/100 000)and was 533.49/100 000 for female(standardized was 437.12/100 000).The mortality in males was significantly higher than that of females(P﹤0.05).Five leading death causes were cardiovascular diseases(including cerebrovascular and heart diseases),tumors,respiratory diseases,injuries and toxication,and digestive system disease.In view of PYLL,the rank four diseases were tumors,cardiovascular diseases,injuries and respiratory diseases.In terms of AYLL,injury and toxication are the tops reasons.CONCLUSION Chronic non-communicable diseases and injuries,such as cardiovascular and tumor,are the major diseases harmful to the health of residents,so we suggested that more attention should be paid to prevent and control chronic non-communicable diseases.
