摘    要:目的 探讨空调生产企业噪声暴露与高血压患病率之间的关系.方法 以某大型空调企业长期接触噪声的631名工人为研究对象,测量等效A声级(LAeq).按等能量原则将LAeq和噪声作业工龄合并计算累积噪声暴露量(CNE);用Logistic回归模型分析噪声暴露量与高血压的关系.结果 空调生产企业噪声从业人员高血压患病率为9.51%.随着累积噪声暴露量(CNE)的增加高血压患病率逐渐升高(P< 0.0001),CNE与高血压患病率之间存在剂量-反应关系.非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示:随着工龄的增加,CNE的增加对患高血压的相对危险性越大(OR=1.824);体重指数(BMI) (OR=3.68)可能是高血压发病的危险因素.结论 CNE与高血压患病率之间存在剂量-反应关系,BMI可能是高血压发病的一个危险因素.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between noise expose and hypertension in air-conditioning manufacture crew.METHODS A total of 631 air-conditioning manufacture crew who exposed to different noise levels were selected as study subjects.Measured A-weighted sound pressure noise level(LAeq)by dosimeter during a working day.According to equal-energy rule,LAeq and noise exposure duration were incorporated for the calculation of cumulative noise expose(CNE).Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between noise expose and hypertension.RESULTS The prevalence of hypertension was 9.51% in air-conditioning manufacture workers.There was an increasing tendency of hypertension rate along with the increase of accumulative noise doses(P﹤0.01).Result by Logistic regression analysis:along with the increase of work-time and cumulative noise exposed,the risk of hypertension increased more(OR = 1.824).Body mass index(BMI)might serve as a risk factor of hypertension.CONCLUSION There is a dose-response relationship between CNE and hypertension;BMI might serve as a risk factor of hypertension.
