20年以来我国大陆健康传播的文献计量学研究

目的 旨在全面了解我国健康传播研究发展的状况,大致勾勒出中国健康传播研究的学术版图.方法 采用“健康传播”为主题词,对《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》198～2009年收录的健康传播文章进行检索和分析.结果 (1)健康传播研究论文的发表呈逐年上升趋势； (2)发文期刊分散,中国健康教育杂志发文最多； (3)发文3篇以上的文献著者较少； (4)大学和医疗卫生机构发文数量较多,占85％； (5)文献引用情况不理想,从未被引用的文章占到46％.结论 健康传播正在我国兴起,健康传播的研究主题广泛、方法多样,但核心研究者较为缺乏,中国健康教育杂志是该研究领域的核心期刊.

Bibliometrics analysis of health communication in Chinese mainland over the last 20 years

OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of health communication studies in Chinese mainland and describe the academic domain.METHODS Chinese national knowledge infrastructure form 1989 to 2009 was searched with health communication as subject heading,the result of which was analyzed by bibliometrics.RESULTS(1)The number of articles of health communication studies showed an increasing tendency annually.(2)The articles come from many periodicals,the magazine of Chinese journal of Health Education published the most papers.(3)The authors who published more than 3 articles were less.(4)Universities and affiliated hospitals were main study body(85%).(5)The literature cited condition was not ideal,there were 46% articles had never been cited.CONCLUSION The health communication studies are rising in China now,at present,the research topics are wide,the research methods are diversiform.Chinese journal of Health Education is the core journal,but the core researchers are still lacked.
