河南省体育专业大学生营养KAP评估调查

目的了解河南省体育专业大学生的营养KAP模式现状,为对其进行膳食营养健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法对河南省8所院校体育专业1～4年级大学生的营养KAP模式知识、信念、行为进行了问卷调查。结果 89.24%的学生缺乏营养学知识,59%的学生通过学校教育了解营养学知识,55.33%的学生认为营养与健康的关系密切,35.67%的学生存在偏食现象,42.3%的存在夜间经常加餐的情况,月饮食消费在300～500元的占58.33%。结论体育院校大学生营养知识不足,存在不利于健康的营养态度及饮食行为。针对不同专业的学生特点传授营养知识,提高营养认知水平,养成健康的饮食行为。

Evaluation and investigation on nutrition KAP among college students of physical education in Henan

OBJECTIVE Aimed at learning about the present situation of nutrition KAP mode among college students of physical education in Henan so as to provide the basis for the education of healthy and nutritional dietary.METHODS Hierarchical sampling and questionnaire survey was carried out on the knowledge,faith and behavior of nutrition KAP mode among 1 497 students from freshman to senior of 8 colleges in Henan.RESULTS 89.24 percent of the students were lack of nutrition knowledge,59 percent of the students studied nutrition knowledge through school education,55.33 percent of the students thought that the relationship was close between nutrition and health,35.67 percent of the students had dietary bias,42.3 percent often snacked at night,58.33 percent of the students consumed 300 to 500 Yuan for one month.CONCLUSION College students of physical education lack nutrition knowledge and have negative attitude and diet behavior which do harm to health.It is necessary to teach students about the nutrition according to the major,in order to improve the cognition of nutrition and have healthy diets.
