盐酸多奈哌齐治疗中轻度血管性痴呆患者的疗效分析及认知功能和日常生活能力的影响

目的观察盐酸多奈哌齐治疗中轻度血管性痴呆(VD)患者的临床疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法 2009年6月～2010年6月,112例中轻度VD患者随机分为两组,对照组56例采用常规对症治疗,观察组56例在此基础上采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效及对认知能力和日常生活能力的影响。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后MMSE评分明显升高,ADL和CDR评分明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组治疗后MMSE、ADL和CDR评分均优于对照组治疗后水平,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论采用盐酸多奈哌齐盐酸多奈哌齐对中轻度血管性痴呆患者进行治疗,能够明显提高临床疗效,改善患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of donepezil in treatment of mild and moderate vascular dementia and its affection on perceptibility and daily living activity

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of donepezil in treatment of mild and moderate vascular dementia(VD)and its affection on perceptibility and daily living activity.METHODS From June 2009 to June 2010,112 cases of VD patients were randomly classified into two groups.Control group with 56 cases were treated with normal therapy,and observation group with 56 cases were treated with donepezil at the basis of normal therapy.The clinical effect,perceptibility and daily living activity were observed and compared.RESULTS The total effective rates in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P﹤0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,MMSE scores were significantly increased(P﹤0.05),ADL scores and CDR scores were significantly decreased(P﹤0.05)after treatment in both of the two groups.Moreover,the improvement of MMSE scores,ADL scores and CDR scores in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Donepezil in treatment of mild and moderate VD can improve clinical curative effect,improve perceptibility and daily living activity,which can be applied in clinic.
