摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)对高血压病患者肾脏血流动力学观测的价值。方法随机选择2009年4月~2011年10月期间在某院治疗的高血压患者121例,并选择78例健康体检者作为对照组。采用CDE检测肾脏血流分布情况及相关参数。结果随着血压增高,高血压病患者肾脏血流信号逐渐减少。随着血压的增高,PSV、S/D、RI及PI增加,而EDV逐渐减少。除了S/D外,其他指标各组间差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论肾动脉血流变化可以作为判断高血压病肾血管损害程度的参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the color doppler energy(CDE)in assessing kidney blood flow dynamics in hypertensive patients.METHODS From April 2009 to October 2011,121 hypertension patients in our hospital were randomly selected,and 78 healthy check-up participants were chose as control group.Kidney blood flow distribution and related parameters were detected by CDE.RESULTS With the increased blood pressure,patients kidney blood flow signal gradually reduced.With increased blood pressure,PSV,S/D,RI and PI increased,and the EDV decreased.In addition to S/D outside,difference of other index between each group were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Renal artery blood flow can be used as a the reference to judge hypertension kidney vessels damage degree.
