养老机构入住老人的健康状况调查

目的了解养老机构入住老人的健康状况。方法采用中华医学会老年分会流行病学组推荐的统一调查表进行问卷调查。结果 1193名养老机构入住老人中94.46%患慢性病,主要为高血压、脑卒中、老年痴呆、冠心病、糖尿病。生活自理者占34.28%,半自理者占32.27%,完全不能自理者占33.45%。53.16%存在负性情绪,主要为丧偶、患病、家人生病或死亡、孤独。目前最担心的事件:生病、惧死、孤独占52.63%。结论养老机构入住老人的健康状况值得担忧,为顺应我国老龄化迅猛进展的现状,应提倡全社会关注,关爱此类老人群体,进一步完善机构养老功能,加强慢性病管理,努力提高老年人生活质量。

Investigation on the Health condition of elderly in Gerocomium

OBJECTIVE To explore the health condition of elderly in gerocomium. METHODS The questionnaire recommended by Epidemiology Group of Chinese Medical Association was used to investigate. RESULTS Among 1193 old people in the Gerocomium, 94.46% of them had chronic disease, and they mainly were hypertension, cerebral apoplexy, senile dementia, coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. 34.28% of them were selfcare and 32.27% were semi-selfcare, 33.45% can not perform selfcare completely. 53.16% of them had negative emotions, and the main reasons were widowhood, diseases, death of family members and loneliness. The most serious diseases were having diseases, death of family members and loneliness. CON- CLUSION The health condition of elderly in gerocomium deserved to be worried. We should pay close attention to elderly in gerocomium, improve functions of gerocomium, and increase life quality of elderly.
