| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育在老年突发性耳聋患者中的应用。方法选取老年突发性耳聋患者80例,随机分为有可比性的两组。其中对照组37例,给与常规护理和卫生宣教;观察组43例,在对照组基础上给与全面、有计划的健康教育。对两组患者临床疗效、疾病知识掌握情况以及护理满意度进行统计比较。结果观察组患者临床疗效、对疾病知识掌握以及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在对老年突发性耳聋患者的治疗过程中以良好的方式对患者进行健康教育可以有效地提高治疗的效果,促进护患关系。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of health education in elderly patients with sudden deafness.METHODS 80 cases of elderly patients with sudden deafness were chosen.They were randomly divided into two comparable groups.37 cases in the control group were given conventional care and health education.The observation group(43 cases)was given comprehensive health education on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disease knowledge,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The clinical efficacy,disease knowledge,and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION In the course of treating for senile patients with sudden deafness,health education can effectively improve the treatment effect,and promote the relationship between the nurses and patients. |
