富顺县2003～2010年艾滋病疫情分析

目的 分析富顺县HIV/AIDS疫情及流行特点,为更好地制定控制策略提供科学依据.方法 对富顺县2003～2010年艾滋病疫情数据库中流行病学调查资料进行统计分析.结果 2003～2010年共发现HIV/AIDS 194例,其中AIDS56例.年龄集中在30～49岁.男性148例,女性46例,男女性别比为:3.22:1.职业以农民为主(30.9％),文化程度以初中为主(56.7％),婚姻状况以已婚有配偶为主(38.7％),感染途径以异性传播为主(54.6％).结论 富顺县艾滋病流行呈现出快速增加的趋势,正在向普通人群蔓延.

Analysis of AIDS epidemic in Fushun county during 2003-2010

OBJECTIVE To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic and epidemiologic features,and to provide scientific basis for better prevention strategy.METHODS Data in the HIV/AIDS epidemic database were analyzed in Fushun during 2003 to 2010.RESULTS 194 HIV/AIDS cases were found during 2003 to 2010,including AIDS 56 patients.Age concentrated in 30 to 49 years old.148 cases were male,and 46 cases were female.Male and female sex ratio was 3.22:1.Occupation distribution was mainly among peasants,accounted for 30.9%,and people with education level lower than junior school,accounted for 56.7%.Marital status distribution showed that married ones accounted for 38.7%.And main infection way was sexual transmission,accounted for 54.6%.CONCLUSION The epidemic characteristics show rapid popular trend in Fushun,and then it is spreading in the general population.
