青海省2001～2010年人间鼠疫流行病学分析

目的 分析青海省人间鼠疫流行特征,探讨鼠疫流行规律,为制订预防控制对策提供依据.方法 应用Excel软件分析2001 ～2010年青海省地方病预防控制所人间鼠疫病例数据库资料.结果 人间鼠疫除2002、2007、2008、2010年没有发生外,其他年份均有鼠疫病例发生,累计发生人间鼠疫13起,发病37例,死亡16例,死亡率43.24％.发病地区主要分布在玉树、海南、海西、海北4个州,流行季节高峰期在8～10月.临床病型以肺型居多23例(62.16％).结论 青海省近10年人间鼠疫局部地区暴发流行,应加强重点地区监测和预警,落实各项综合防控措施,以减少鼠疫的发生和流行.

Human plague epidemiological analysis in Qinghai province from 2001 to 2010

OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic characteristics of human plague in Qinghai province in the past twenty years,and provide references for disease prevention and control.METHODS Excel software was used to analyze the database of human plague cases and the surveillance and survey data in Qinghai province from 2001 to 2010.RESULTS There were many human plague cases every year except for 2002,2007,2008 and 2010.There was 13 items of human plague.37 cases occurred,and 16 cases died with the mortality of 43.24%.Epidemic areas mainly distributed in the 4 states of Yushu,Hainan,Hercynian and Haibei.The peak season was from May to October.Most of the clnical cases were pneumonic type with 23 cases(62.16%).CONCLUSION There was human plague outbreak in some areas of Qinghai province in recent years.It is necessary to monitor and conduct early warning in the key areas,and formulate comprehensive prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence and prevalence of plague.
