尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛45例疗效观察

目的 探讨尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗效果.方法 选择某院不稳定型心绞痛患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组患者给予双重抗血小板、硝酸酯类药物、β受体阻滞剂、ACEI、低分子肝素以及他汀类药物等.观察组在对照组用药基础上给予尼可地尔5mg,3次/日,连续治疗2周.观察两组患者在治疗期间心绞痛发作情况,同时对心电图定期检测,是否有头痛等不良反应.结果 观察组总有效率为93.3％,对照组总有效率为75.6％,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 尼可地尔能够显著改善不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状和体征,临床治疗效果显著.

Observation on the nicorandil in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of nicorandil for the patients with unstable angina pectoris.METHODS 90 cases with unstable angina pectoris were chosen and randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The control group were treated with dual antiplatelet,nitrates,beta blockers,ACEI,low molecular weight heparin and the other statins.The experiment group were treated with dosages for controls and additionally with 5mg of nicorndil(3times a day)for 2 weeks.The angina pectoris attack,electrocardiogram periodic inspection and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The total efficiency was 93.3% in the observation group and 75.6% in the control group,which were significantly different between the two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Nicorndil can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,signs and clinical therapeutic effect of the patients with unstable angina pectoris.
