冠心病患者血浆纤维蛋白原、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间及血清Ca2+水平的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究不同类型、不同严重程度、复杂程度的冠心病患者与正常查体者血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB),活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)及血清Ca2+水平的差别。方法采用回顾性研究,随机抽取自2007~2008年行冠状动脉造影检查者作为研究对象,分别观察各组患者术前的血浆FIB,APTT,PT及血清Ca2+水平,进行统计学分析。结果血浆FIB水平在冠心病者明显高于非冠心病者(P﹤0.05),UAP组及AMI组明显高于SAP组(P﹤0.05);血浆PT水平在UAP组及AMI组明显低于SAP组及对照组(P﹤0.05)。冠状动脉病变中、重度及闭塞者及双支,三支病变者血浆FIB水平较其他两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论冠心病病变类型不同、冠状动脉病变严重程度、复杂程度不同,血浆FIB水平明显不同;冠心病病变类型不同血浆PT水平明显不同。推测检测血浆FIB、PT水平可能有助于冠心病分型及判别冠心病危险程度、严重程度。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the different of the serum level of plasma fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)and calcium ion(Ca2+)in patients with different type coronary artery disease(CAD),different stenosis degree and stenosis extent.METHODS In the retrospective study,subjects who underwent coronary arteriongraphy were randomly selected from 2007 to 2008.The FIB,APTT,PT and Ca2+ were observed in every group,and analysis were conducted for them.RESULTS The serum level of FIB among patients with coronary artery disease was significantly higher than patients without coronary artery disease(P﹤0.05).Serum levels of FIB,AMI and UAP were significantly higher than SAP(P﹤0.05).The serum levels of PT,AMI and UAP were significantly lower than those in control and SAP,there was significant different between them(P﹤0.05).The serum FIB of middling,graveness and obstruction of coronary artery,two coronary artery and three coronary artery were significantly higher than the others groups.CONCLUSION The serum FIB showed significant different in different type CAD,different stenosis degree and stenosis extent.The serum level of PT was significant different in the different type CAD.Monitor the serum level of FIB and PT could contribute to decide the type and distinguish the risk level as well as stenosis extent of CAD.
