即刻修复用于67例牙种植患者效果观察

目的观察即刻修复用于67例牙种植患者的临床效果。方法选取2010年2～10月进行牙种植的患者120例作为实验的研究对象。随机将120例患者分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组为67例(即可修复组),对照为53例(传统方法组),实验组在牙种植后1周内即进行修复,对照组在牙齿经历4到6个月无负荷期后进行修复,最后观察两种方法种植体脱落的次数、感染或松动的例数以及X线下异常情况的例数,同时调查两组患者的满意度并进行组内的分析比较。结果实验组种植体脱落的、感染、X线下出现异常的例数均为0例,满意度为100%明显高于对照组,以上P均小于0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论牙种植后即刻修复临床效果更好,患者的满意度更高,可以在口腔临床上广泛应用。

Observation on the effect for immediate restoration for 67 cases of patients with dental implants

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of immediate restoration for 67 cases with dental implants.METHODS 120 cases in the outpatient for dental implants from February 2010 to October 2010 were chosen as the research objects.120 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was of 67 cases(can be fixed in the group),and the control group was of 53 cases(the traditional method group).The experimental group was taken with repair within a week after dental implants.The control group was taken for repair after the teeth experienced 4-6 months without load.The times for the two ways of implant shedding,the number of cases with infection or loosening and the number of cases with X-ray abnormalities were taken for observation.The levels of the satisfaction were investigatd and compared in the two groups.RESULTS The number of cases with implants dropping,infection,abnormal X-ray was 0 in the experimental group,the satisfaction was 100%,significantly higher than the control group,with significant differences.CONCLUSION The effect of immediate restoration for dental implants is better,and with higher patients’ satisfaction,it can be widely promoted in oral clinical application.
