摘    要:目的研究不同浓度氟对大鼠丙二醛(MDA)含量、肝功及光镜结构的影响。方法在饮水中加入不同剂量的氟化钠喂饲大鼠1月后,测定血清氟含量、尿氟含量、肝组织中MDA含量、血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的活力。结果与对照组相比,各剂量组大鼠血氟浓度相应增加,存在剂量-效应关系(R=0.884,P﹤0.01),但各剂量组间血氟浓度差异无统计学意义;各剂量组大鼠尿氟浓度相应增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),存在剂量-效应关系(R=0.921,P﹤0.01);各剂量组大鼠MDA含量升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),存在剂量-效应关系(R=0.797,P﹤0.01);各剂量组大鼠AST含量逐渐增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),存在剂量-效应关系(R=0.889,P﹤0.01);各剂量组大鼠ALT含量逐渐增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),存在剂量-效应关系(R=0.729,P﹤0.01);肝细胞光镜结构改变。结论过量氟可导致大鼠肝细胞发生脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different dosages of fluoride on the content of MDA, liver function and light microscope of liver in rats. METHODS Drinking water with various concentrations of sodium fluoride was given to rats for 1 month. The contents of the fluoride and maleic dialdehyde (MDA), the activities of ALT, AST of liver in rats were measured. RE-SULTS Compared with the normal group, the serum fluoride increased in doseeffect manner with the fluoride expose (R = 0.884, P﹤0.01). However, there was no significant difference in different dosage groups. The content of urine fluoride was increased, and there was significant difference compared with controls (P﹤0.01). There was dose-response relationship in the serum fluoride (R = 0.921, P﹤0.01). The content of MDA was significantly increased with difference dosage group, and there was significant difference with the control group (P﹤0.01). There was dosage-response relationship between the fluoride intake and MDA (R = 0.797, P﹤0.01). The AST in rats were significantly increased, and there was significant difference compared with controls (P﹤0.01). There was dosage-response relationship between the fluoride intake and AST (R = 0.889, P﹤0.01). The ALT in rats were significantly increased, and there was significant difference compared with controls (P﹤0.01). There was dosage-response relationship between the fluoride intake and ALT (R = 0.729, P﹤0.01). CONCLUSION Fluoride exposure may induce the lipid peroxidation on the liver cell of rats.
