摘    要:目的 探索微生物实验室生物安全理论课和实验课的教学改革.方法 以医学检验专业学生为研究对象,以实验室生物安全理论为主线,穿插到不同课程中,分段讲授.对微生物实验室生物安全事故真实案例进行分析,实验室模拟实训及临床实践环节考核等方法,对医学检验专业学生在基础课和专业课学习、课间及生产实习阶段,多途径、全方位地进行实验室生物安全知识理论及实践应用教学改革.结果 通过4个阶段实验室生物安全理论和实验课的教学改革,强化了医学检验专业学生对微生物实验室生物安全防护意识.结论 在临床实践中,学生操作规范,流程正确,能及时发现和紧急处理实验室生物因素意外事件.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore bio-safety theory class and laboratory teaching reform in microbiology laboratory for medical laboratory students as test subjects.METHODS The theoretical knowledge of bio-safety was taught,the real cases of bio-safety incidents were analyzed,laboratory simulation and clinical practice were tested during the basic courses,specialized courses,and practice between classes and production stage through multi-pathway,all-round knowledge of laboratory bio-safety education theory and practical application.RESULTS Through four stages of laboratory bio-safety theory and experiment course reform,the students’ awareness to microbiology laboratory bio-safety in clinical practice were strengthened.CONCLUSION In clinic,standard operation and correct procedures could handle emergency incidents and biological factors in laboratory on time.
