摘    要:目的探讨微板丙酮酸氧化酶法在健康人群中筛查丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)的作用。方法用丙氨酸氧化酶法和IFCC速率法检测9767份健康体检标本,比较两种方法的敏感性和精密度。结果微板丙酮酸氧化酶法的初筛阳性率为5.80%,用酶标仪比色测定复检阳性率为1.31%;而IFCC速率法阳性率为1.29%。两法测定ALT差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论微板丙酮酸氧化酶法具有线性范围大、灵敏、操作简便、快速、结果准确、重复性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,适合各级疾病预防控制中心对大批量健康人群的筛检。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of microtiter plate pyruvate oxidase method in screening serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in health population.METHODS The ALT value of 9767 serum samples were detected by using microtiter plate pyruvate oxidase method and IFCC velocity method.Sensibility and repeatability were compared between two methods.RESULTS The first positive rate of pyruvate oxidase method was 5.80%,the repeated positive rate of method with enzyme labeling meter was 1.31%,and positive rate of IFCC velocity method was 1.29%.There was no significant difference between two methods(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION The microtiter plate pyruvic oxidase method has the advantages of wide liner range,sensitiveness,simple manipulation,quick,accuracy,good reproducibility and ability of antiturbulence.It is suitable to be used in a health population enormous blood screening.
