前列腺切除术后发生尿路感染的原因分析及防治策略

目的探讨分析前列腺切除术后发生尿路感染的原因,并提出相应的对策。方法选取2010年6月~2011年5月于某院进行前列腺电切术治疗的329例患者为研究对象,将其尿路感染率进行统计分析,并将其与年龄、尿管留置时间、是否合并糖尿病及引流系统的使用情况的相关性进行统计分析,然后根据分析结果进行相应的对策制定及实施。结果 329例患者中,发生尿路感染51例,占总数的15.50%,其中尿管留置3 d以上者感染发生率为51.69%,高于尿管留置时间短于3 d者的2.08%,合并糖尿病者的发生率为35.64%,高于无糖尿病者的6.58%,65岁以上者发生率为22.27%,高于65岁以下者的4.72%,存在引流不合理者发生率为66.15%,高于引流规范者的3.03%,经比较,P均﹤0.05,差异均有统计学意义,经合理处理,均痊愈出院。结论前列腺切除术后发生尿路感染与尿管留置、是否合并糖尿病、是否老年患者及引流系统的情况等有明显的相关性,可为其治疗预防提供依据。

The analysis of causes and control strategies of tract infections for resection of the prostate urinary

OBJECTIVE To investigate the causes of tract infections for resection of the prostate urinary,and propose control strategies.METHODS 329 patients for resection of the prostate from June 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the research object.The rate of urinary tract infection was calculated,and their correlation with age,catheter indwelling time,diabetes and whether use of drainage systems was analyzed.The related countermeasures and implemention was analyzed according to the analysis results.RESULTS In the 329 patients,the occurrence of urinary tract infection were in 51 cases,and accounted for 15.50%.The infection rate of indwelling catheter more than 3 days was 51.69%.The infection rate of indwelling catheter less than 3 days was 2.08%.The incidence rate of diabetes was 35.64%,which was higher than those without diabetes(6.58%).The incidence of more than 65 years was 22.27%,which was less than those of 65 years age(4.72%).The unreasonable drainage rate was 66.15%,which was higher than those drainage standards(3.03%).By comparison,there was significantly different between them(P﹤0.05).After reasonable treatment,they were all cured.CONCLUSION The occurrence of post-prostatectomy urinary tract infection has a clear correlation with indwelling catheter,whether diabetes,elderly patients and whether the drainage system can provide a basis for treatment and prevention.
