普外科术后切口感染的因素及预防措施

目的探讨分析引发普外科手术患者手术后切口感染的危险因素以及预防措施。方法随机抽取2008年1月～2011年7月某院普外科收治的400例手术患者的临床资料并进行回顾性的整理分析。结果 400例普外科手术患者中有45例患者发生切口感染,感染率为11.25%。通过对比发现,抗生素的使用、切口长度、住院时间、年龄、手术种类等是引发手术切口感染的主要危险因素。结论加强手术室感染控制、加强切口感染的护理工作、合理使用抗生素、严格执行无菌操作流程等有效的预防措施,能有效的降低普外科手术患者手术后切口感染的发生率。

General surgery the factors and postoperative incision infection prevention measures

OBJECTIVE To study risk factors and preventive measures of surgical incision infection by general surgery patients. METHODS From January 2008 to July 2011, 400 patients were selected from our general surgery department of our hospital, and the clinical data of the operated patients were analyzed. RESULTS 400 patients with surgical incision infection, and the infection rate was 11.25%. The contrast found that the use of antibiotics and incision length, length of hospital stay, age and surgery were the major risk factors of surgical incision infection. CONCLUSION We should strengthen the operating room, control incision infection to strengthen the nursing, reasonable use of antibiotics, strict execute sterile operation process, and effective preventive measures to reduce general surgery after surgery patients who underwent surgical incision infection risk.
