德阳市小学生六龄牙患龋情况调查分析

目的了解德阳市城市小学生六龄牙患龋状况、影响因素及口腔保健知识知晓情况,为制定预防措施提供理论依据。方法随机选取市内4所城市小学6 285名7～12岁学生进行常规体检和六龄牙患龋情况调查;对某些影响因素、口腔保健知识等做问卷调查。结果被检者六龄牙的患龋率11.58%,龋均0.22,充填率33.80%。患龋率及龋均随年龄增长而增高,有性别差异,女生高于男生,下颌高于上颌,差异有统计学意义。并结合对问卷调查进行统计分析得出六龄牙患龋的影响因素依次为刷牙次数、年龄、性别、牙位、全身营养状况等。结论通过本次调查,了解本地小学生六龄牙的患龋现状及相关情况,对实施六龄牙患龋预防治疗措施和口腔健康教育工作具有很好的指导意义。

Investigation on caries of the first permanent molar of pupils in Deyang city

OBJECTIVE To know the caries of the first permanent molar of pupils,to provide basis for the development of preventive measures,and to know the influence factors and the oral health knowledge of the pupils in Deyang.METHODS The first permanent molars of 6 285 pupils(7 to 12 years old)were randomly selected from four elementary schools.At the same time,the pupils were surveyed about the influence factors and oral health knowledge.RESULTS 11.58% of the first permanent molars had caries,and the DMFT was 0.22,and the rate of filling was 33.80%.The rate of caries and DMFT increased with the age.The rate of girls was higher than that of boys,and the caries rate of the lower molar was higher than that of the upper molar.The statistical analysis of questionnaires showed that the influence factors in sequence were tooth brush,age,sex,position,general nutritional status.CONCLUSION The investigation of dental caries in the local elementary school is a good reference for the prevention and treatment of the pupils.
