医院多重耐药菌的临床分布特点

目的 了解住院患者多重耐药菌(Multidrug-Resistant Organism,MDRO)的临床分布特点.方法 采用回顾性监测的方法,调查2009年1月～2010年12月某院分离出的MDRO感染患者的一般资料,病原菌种类、送检标本类型及科室来源.结果 共分离出MDRO 741株,主要分布在ICU和神经内科,分离标本以痰标本和尿标本为主,病原菌以产-超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌和产-超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌为主,MRSA(耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌)的分离率逐年上升,多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的分离率逐年下降.结论 应有针对性的加强MDRO的目标性监测,采取有效的预防控制措施,避免MDRO的暴发流行.

Characteristics of clinical distribution of hospital multidrug-resistant organism

OBJECTIVE To understand the characteristics of clinical distribution of the hospitalized patients with multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO).METHODS General data,pathogenic bacteria type,specimen types and department sources that in hospital MDRO infected patients were monitored from January 2009 to December 2010.RESULTS A total of 741 MDRO strains isolated,which distributed mainly in the ICU and department of neurology,were founded in sputum sample and urine sample.The major bacteria were produce-super broad-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs)Escherichia coli and production-super broad-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs)Pneumonia.The separation rate of MRSA was rising year by year,but which of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii was decreased.CONCLUSION We should strengthen monitoring MDRO and take effective prevention and control measures to avoid the outbreak of MDRO.
