深圳市2009年外来劳务工流行性腮腺炎抗体水平调查

目的 了解深圳市外来劳务工流行性腮腺炎(腮腺炎)的抗体水平,为全市的腮腺炎防控制定策略.方法 2009年对深圳市外来劳务工人群1 003人进行问卷调查并采集样本血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(腮腺炎IgG抗体ELISA法)检测血清中腮腺炎IgG抗体.结果 深圳市外来劳务工腮腺炎抗体(IgG)阳性率为94.92％;不同性别和不同年龄组差异均无统计学意义;来自不同地区的劳务工抗体阳性率差异也无统计学意义.结论 深圳市外来劳务工人群的腮腺炎抗体(IgG)阳性率较高,形成较好的腮腺炎免疫屏障.

Survey and Analysis of mumps antibody levels in laborworkers in Shenzhen of 2009

OBJECTIVE To understand the antibody level against mumps among service laborers from other areas in Shenzhen,and make strategies on mumps control.METHODS 1 003 service laborers were surveyed by questionnaire and collected blood sample.The enzyme-linked immunosoebent assay(rubella IgG ELISA)was used to detect the mumps IgG in blood serum of the included subjectes.RESULTS The positive rate of mumps IgG was 94.92% among service laborers in Shenzhen;There was no significant difference in different age and gender groups;and no significant different was found in the positive anti-body among service laborers from different areas.CONCLUSION The positive rate of mumps IgG was significantly high in the population,and a immunization barrier of resisting mumps was built.
