| 摘 要： | 目的观察小牛血清去蛋白注射液对脊髓损伤的疗效。方法将112名脊髓损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组实施外科治疗及牵引等常规治疗,磷酸盐缓冲生理盐水(安慰剂)治疗14 d,试验组在常规治疗基础上采用小牛血清去蛋白注射液20 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静滴,1次/d,连续14 d。检测14、60 d鞍区及双下肢感觉、运动及小便功能。结果两组病人在治疗14、60 d后,试验组与对照组相比,试验组患者感觉、运动功能均改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论小牛血清去蛋白注射液在治疗脊髓损伤所致感觉、运动障碍及各种神经功能障碍,有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe effects of deproteinised calf blood serum injection on treatment for spinal cord injury.METHODS Total of 112 patients with acute spinal cord injury were divided into two groups according to their choice of medicine: experimental group and control group.They were compared in terms of the therapeutic effect and complication after treatment.RESULTS After14,60 days treatment,experimental group was significantly improved in the sensory and motor function comparing with control group,the difference was significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Effects of deproteinised calf blood serum injection on treatment for spinal cord injury are obvious in paraplegia,sensory disturbances and a variety of neurological dysfunction. |
