女性性传播疾病与细菌性阴道病的相关性研究

目的探讨细菌性阴道病(BV)在女性性传播疾病(STD)患者和正常女性中的感染率、分布特点以及BV与STD之间的相关性。方法随机选取女性STD患者300例设为试验组,另外选取同期体检正常的女性300例设为对照组,分别对两组受试者进行BV检测,比较两组的BV感染率,分析STD与BV的相关性。结果试验组和对照组BV的感染率分别为37.00%、15.33%,除生殖器疱疹外,淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染、生殖道支原体感染均与BV感染具有相关性。结论 STD与BV具有密切的相关性,STD增加了BV的感染率,建议将BV检查列为STD患者的常规检查项目。

Correlation study on female sexually transmitted disease and bacterial vaginosis

OBJECTIVE To explore bacterial vaginosis’ (BV) infection rates, distribution characteristics in female patients with sexually transmitted disease (STD) and normal females, and the correlation between BV and STD. METHODS 300 female patients with STD were randomly selected as experimental group, and 300 normal women were selected at the same period as control group. The BV in two groups were tested respectively. The BV’s infection rates were compared between the two groups, and we analyzed the correlation between BV and STD. RESULTS BV’s infection rates in experimental group and control group were 37.00% and 15.33%, respectively. Except for genital herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, condyloma, Chlamydia trachomatis genital infection and genital tract mycoplasma infection are correlation with BV. CONCLUSION It has closely correlation between STD and BV, and STD could increase the BV’s infection, so it is recommended to routinely test BV for STD patients.
