10例凶险性中央性前置胎盘宫腔填纱临床分析

目的探讨宫腔填纱术在治疗凶险性中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血的临床效果。方法 2010年1月1日～2010年12月31日海南省人民医院收治10例凶险性中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血及时行宫腔填纱术与2007年1月1日～2007年12月31日收治凶险性中央性前置前胎盘行剖宫产术中大出血行子宫动脉结扎术9例对照比较,两组术中出血量,住院天数,产褥病率的发生率并与同期剖宫产产妇的资料进行比较。结果宫腔填纱术与子宫动脉结扎术相比术中血量少,无1例切除子宫。结论宫腔填塞纱条用于治疗凶险性中央性前置胎盘患者剖宫产术中大出血是一个安全的积极有效而且简便易行的方法。

Clinical analysis of intrauterine packing with ribbon gauze in 10 cases of hazardous central type of placenta previa

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of intrauterine packing with ribbon gauze in parturients who had a diagnosis of the hazardous central type of placenta previa when haemorrhage during cesarean section.METHODS Compared data such as blood loss,hospitalization days and incidence rate of puerperalism of 10 parturients with a therapy of intrauterine packing with ribbon gauze and 9 parturients with a treatment of uterine artery ligation when hemorrhage in cesarean section,then compared with the ordinary parturients in the corresponding time period.RESULTS Hemorrhage in all 10 cases with intrauterine packing with ribbon gauze were controlled,blood loss were less than 9 cases with uterine artery ligation,avoiding hysterectomy,and without adverse effects after surgery.CONCLUSION Intrauterine packing with ribbon gauze is really a safe,effective and simple way when massive haemorrhage during cesarean section.
