| 摘 要： | 目的对西宁市秋冬季婴幼儿星状病毒进行流行病学的调查研究,对我省流行株和流行趋势进行统计分析,为星状病毒引起的腹泻提供实验室资料,更好地控制传染病的暴发流行。方法采用多重PCR法对西宁地区婴幼儿腹泻的标本进行肠道病毒的检测。结果 202份标本扩增后,根据条带的大小进行分析,结果星状病毒感染11份,占总数的5.44%。结论 2010年西宁地区婴幼儿腹泻中除轮状病毒和诺瓦克病毒是主要的病原外,星状病毒也是主要的感染源。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigation on the epidemic status of the astrovirus among infants in Xining,and we analyze the epidemic strain and its trend,so as to provide experimental data for infant diarrhea induced by astrovirus,and control the epidemic of the infection disease.METHODS We detected the samples of diarrhea infants for astrovirus.METHODS The multiplex PCR was used for detecting the astrovirus of samples of infant diarrhe.RESULTS After amplifying the 202 samples,we analyzed 11 samples with positive rotavirus,and the positive rate was 5.44%.CONCLUSION Rotavirus and Norovirus was the main virus in infant diarrhea,and the Astrovirus was the main source of infection. |
