经右单鼻孔垂体瘤切除的手术护理体会

目的探讨右单鼻孔经蝶窦入路垂体瘤显微切除术的手术护理。方法熟悉经鼻蝶窦入路鞍区垂体瘤显微切除术的手术步骤、所用器械,充分做好术前准备和术中密切配合。结果 337例手术配合默契,手术进行顺利,术后恢复良好,未发生与护理不当的并发症。结论护士应熟知经单鼻孔入路的解剖及特点,做好术前准备和术中密切配合,可以缩短经鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除术的手术时间,减少手术创伤和术后并发症,提高护理质量和手术成功率。

Nursing experience of pituitary tumor resection through the right single nostril

OBJECTIVE To discuss the nursing for pituitary tumor resection through the right single nostril.METHODS Made a good prepare before the operation and gave close cooperation with the doctor during the operation based on the familiarity of the procedure and instruments for the nasal transsphenoidal microsurgery of pituitary adenoma resection of sellar region.RESULTS All of the 337 cases were carried out successfully without any complications because of the nursing.CONCLUSION A nurse should be familiar with the dissection and characteristic of the single nostril and make a good prepare before the operation and closely cooperates with the doctors during the operation which can shorten the time of the operation,reduce the complications,promote the quality of nursing and promote the achievement ratio of the operation.
