孕期体重规划干预及健康教育对妊娠的影响

目的探讨孕期体重规划干预及健康教育对妊娠的影响。方法将孕周﹤16周的300例孕妇,随机分为观察组和治疗组各150例,其中观察组给予孕期体重规划干预及健康教育,对照组给予常规孕期健康教育,比较两组孕妇妊娠并发症及妊娠结局情况。结果孕24周、孕32周、孕38周观察组孕妇BMI明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),并且观察组发生妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压疾病、产程异常、巨大儿、高危新生儿的比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05)。结论孕期体重规划干预及健康教育可以有效地控制孕期体重,降低妊娠并发症及不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Influence of body weight planning intervention and health education during pregnancy

OBJECTIVE To investigate body weight planning intervention and health education during pregnancy. METHODS 300 pregnant women with gestational age ﹤16 weeks, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. 150 cases were in each group. The observation group was given weight during pregnancy planning intervention and health education, the lease was given routine health education during pregnancy. We compared the pregnancy complications and outcome of the two groups. RESULTS The BMI of 24 weeks, 32 weeks and 38 weeks pregnant women in observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01). The occurrence of gestational diabetes, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, labor abnormality, macrosomia and high-risk neonates in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P﹤0.0 or 1 P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION The weight planning intervention and health education for pregnancy can effectively control the weight, and reduce pregnancy complications and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
