摘    要:目的 研究案例化教学法(CBS)在消化内科教学中的应用.方法 随机选择本校2010年9月~2011年1月消化内科学生60名,按照单双位进行分组,单数学生30名采用案例化教学法(CBS),设为实验组;双数学生30名采用传统教学方法,设为对照组;观察两组学生对案例教学法的评价、平时成绩、期中、期末成绩及案例掌握情况.结果 93.33%的学生认为案例教学方法优于传统教学方法,96.67%的学生认为学习内容掌握情况提高;95%的学生认为该教学模式易于理解和接受.两组学生成绩比较显示,实验组考试成绩明显好于对照组,案例掌握情况得分也明显高于对照组.两组比较差异有统计学意义P> 0.05.结论 案例式教学法着重培养学生解决问题能力和独立思考的能力,通过课堂上模拟处理病人的思维过程,有利于基础知识和临床知识相结合,并融会贯通,而且还可以极大的激发学生的学习兴趣,对提高学生的知识水平与实际工作能力均有极大的帮助.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the application of Case-Based Study(CBS)in the teaching of gastroenterology.METHODS 60 students were randomly chosen in the Department of Gastroenterology from September 2010 to January 2011.They were in accordance with single and double-bit.30 students of the singular case were taken with Case-Based Study(CBS),and set as the experimental group.The even number of 30 students were taken with traditional teaching methods,and set as the control group.The evaluation for Case-Based Study(CBS),the situation usual results,midterm and final grade,and cases that grasped for the two groups were observed.RESULTS 93.33% of the students thought that Case-Based Study(CBS)was superior to traditional teaching methods,96.67% of students believed that the situation of learning content to grasp improved,95% of the students thought that the teaching model was easy to be understood and accepted.The achievement test scores of the two groups were compared,the scores in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the scores of the case to grasp the situation was significantly higher.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION The Case-based study(CBS)emphasizes on cultivating students the ability to problem-solving abilities and independent thinking.By the simulation of the patient’s thought process in the classroom,it is necessary for a combination of basic knowledge and clinical knowledge,and mastery,and also can stimulate students’ interest in learning and have a great significance for improving their level of knowledge and practical ability for work.
