山东省女性性工作者安全套使用情况及影响因素分析

目的 了解山东省全球基金艾滋病首批项目县女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓和安全套使用状况,并分析影响安全套使用的因素.方法 按照随机分层整群抽取项目县的女性性工作者为研究对象,采用一对一面谈问卷调查获取资料,包括一般人口学特征、艾滋病相关知识知晓、安全套使用情况及其影响安全套使用因素.采用x2检验和Logistic多因素分析方法确定与此有关的因素,由SPSS15.0软件完成.结果 本次共调查1 157例,平均年龄为(24.58±5.08)岁,以初中文化程度、未婚女性为主,调查对象全部艾滋病知识知晓率为81.94％,最近1次商业性行为时安全套使用率为92.74％,明显高于与固定性伴性行为时安全套使用率67.88％,Logistic回归分析结果显示,在调整其他因素作用后,发现牡丹区和平度市安全套使用率低;在其他因素分析中发现低年龄组(≤20岁和21～25岁)使用安全套的比例高;艾滋病知识知晓率、同伴教育和艾滋病宣传材料接受率高可以促进提高安全套的使用率.结论 为进一步提高女性性工作者安全套使用率,仍需针对年龄、艾滋病知识水平、接受艾滋病宣传材料和同伴教育等开展有效的宣传教育和行为干预.

Status of condom use and its influencing factors of female commercial sex workers in Shandong

OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of AIDS knowledge and condom use,and its influencing factors among female sexual workers,who lived in the first project counties of AIDS Global Fund in Shandong Province.METHODS We selected female sexual workers by the method of random stratified-cluster sampling in the project counties.One to one questionnaires interview was used to obtain informations including the demographic characteristics,AIDS related knowledge,condom use and its influencing factors.SPSS15.0 software was used for statistically analyzing related factors by χ2 test and Logistic regression.RESULTS 1 157 female sexual workers were involved in the investigation.The average age of them was 24.58±5.08 years,mainly for junior secondary level,unmarried women were main groups,the correct rate of all the AIDS knowledge was 81.94%,the rate of using condom in the last time of commercial sexual behavior was 92.74%,which were significantly higher than 67.88% that of using condom in sexual behavior with regular sexual partners.Logistic regression analysis showed that the rate of condom use was lower in Pingdu and Mudan district after adjusting other confounding factors.The ratio was higher in low age group(≤20 and 21-25).Level of AIDS knowledge and acceptance of promotional materials and peer education can increase the utilization rate of condoms.CONCLUSION The rate of using condoms was still need to be increased further,and effective health education and behavior intervention should be developed according to the influencing factors such as age,level of AIDS knowledge,acceptance of promotional materials and peer education and so on.
