北京市2010年手足口病流行情况分析

目的 通过对2010年北京市手足口病流行病学和病原学特征的分析,为手足口病的防控工作提供依据.方法对北京市2010年手足口病疫情监测数据进行流行病学分析.结果 北京市2010年共报告手足口病例45 409例,发病率为258.74/10万,死亡18例,病死率0.04％.手足口病发病地区分布广泛,四季均可发病,以春夏季多见,4～7月为发病高峰季节,以托幼机构和散居儿童发病较多,发病率最高年龄段为0～5岁,占92.35％,男性多于女性.病原学监测结果肠道病毒71型阳性率48.19％,柯萨奇病毒A组16型阳性率为30.42％.结论 北京市手足口病的发生有明显年龄、性别、季节差异,发病人群以散居儿童和托幼儿童为主,EV71是近年来引起儿童手足口病的主要病原体,且2010年EV71的比例有所上升,Cox A16的比例有所下降.

Epidemiological analysis of hand,foot and mouth disease of Beijing in 2010

OBJECTIVE To study the incidence of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Beijing in 2010,and explore the prevention and cure measure of HFMD.METHODS The epidemiological characteristics of HFMD were analyzed and the incidence and composition were calculated according the data of epidemic situation monitor of Beijing CDC in 2010.RESULTS There were 45 409 reported HFMD cases in Beijing in 2010 and 18 cases of them were dead,and the incidence was 258.74/105 and the mortality ratio was 0.04%.The endemic distribution of HFMD was widespread.HFMD could contract in four seasons,but spring and summer were the most common seasons.The percentage whose ages ranged from 0 to 5 years was 92.35%.The positive rate of EV71 in pathogen detection was 48.19%,of CA16 was 30.42%.CONCLUSION HFMD spreads faster and can result in pandemic in short time,prevention and cure measure of HFMD should be taken.
