牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗单发胆囊结石疗效观察

目的 观察熊去氧胆酸片治疗单发胆囊胆石的临床疗效.方法 将符合病例入选标准的80例单发胆囊结石症患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例.两组均给予西药常规治疗.观察组在此基础上加用熊去氧胆酸片.观察两组临床症状消失时间、起效时间、结石排出时间、治疗时间及临床疗效.结果 痊愈率观察组57.50％,对照组45.00％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);总有效率观察组92.50％,对照组85.00％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).起效时间、治疗时间、结石排出时间、住院时间观察组分别为( 28.28±10.26)d、(7.42±3.22)d、(12.64±7.38)d、(45.56±14.74)d,对照组分别为(41.24±11.23)d、(13.67±4.30)d、(18.54±8.68)d、(62.35±15.72)d,观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 熊去氧胆酸片治疗单发胆囊结石症临床疗效显著,可缩短起效时间、治疗时间、结石排出时间、住院时间.

Observation on the Tauroursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of solitary cholelithiasis

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of ursodeoxycholic acid tablets in the treatment of single-shot gallbladder gallstone.METHODS 80 cases with solitary gallbladder gallstone patients were randomly divided into two groups,and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment of Western medicine,and the observation group were given ursodeoxycholic acid tablets with conventional treatment of Western medicine.The disappeared time,onset time,discharge the stone time,treatment time and clinical curative effect were observed.RESULTS The cure rate in the observation group was 57.50%,and was 45% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05);The total efficiency in the observation group was 92.50%,and was 85% in the control group.There was significantly difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).The onset time,duration of treatment,discharge the stone time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were(28.28 ± 10.26)d,(7.42 ± 3.22)d,(12.64 ± 7.38)d and(45.56 ± 14.74)d,respectively,and were(41.24 ± 11.23)d,(13.67 ± 4.30),D(18.54 ± 8.68)d and(62.35 ± 15.72)d in the control group,respectively.There was significantly difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets in the treatment of solitary gallstone disease is remarkable,and can shorten the onset time,duration of treatment,discharge the stone time and hospitalization time.
