婴幼儿颞浅动脉与桡动脉采集血气分析效果比较

摘    要:目的 就婴幼儿颞浅动脉与桡动脉采集血气分析效果比较进行探讨.方法 选择2009年3月~2010年7月在某科收治的70例住院患儿,其中男40例,女30例,体质量4.5~18.5 kg,月龄1~24个月.由专职护师采血,专职化验师操作机器.颞浅动脉组用45℃~50℃热水袋敷采血部位颞浅动脉3~5 min,常规消毒皮肤后针刺入3mm让血自然或轻加压流出0.2 ml,将血液迅速收集于专用的肝素化毛细管内送检.对照组:采取传统桡动脉采血方法.结果 颞浅动脉组采血成功率39例(85.71%)明显高于桡动脉组采血成功20例(66.7%),而颞浅动脉组的误穿静脉1例(2.5%)及穿刺部位血肿发生1例(2.5%)均低于桡动脉组的误穿静脉8例(26.67%)及穿刺部位血肿发生6例(20%).颞浅动脉组疼痛反应也明显低于桡动脉组.结论 颞浅动脉采集优于桡动脉采集,值得推广.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of blood gas analysis between analysis through radial artery and superficial temporal artery in infants.METHODS From March 2009 to July 2010,70 children of 1 to 24 months age were selected with 40 boys and 30 girls,and their body weight ranged from 4.5 to 18.5 kg.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group had blood gas analysis through superficial temporal artery.And the control group had it through radial artery.RESULTS The success rate of the observation group was 85.71%(39 cases)and it was higher than 66.7%(20 cases)of the control group.The error rate(2.5%,1 case)and the swelling rate(2.5%,1 case)of the venipuncture of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The pain of the observation group was significantly less server than that of the control group.CONCLUSION Blood gas analysis through superficial temporal artery is better than that through the control group.
