颈动脉体瘤11例彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

目的 探讨颈动脉体瘤的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析2008年6月～2009年6月某院收治的11例经手术后病理证实的颈动脉体瘤患者的临床资料.该组患者的颈部肿块均进行了彩色多普勒超声检查,对彩超所示颈动脉体瘤的位置、形态、大小、边界、内部回声,与颈动脉的关系进行分析,并将其与与术后病理结果进行对照分析.结果 彩超显示肿块均位于颈动脉分叉处,边界清楚的低回声团块,无包膜,血流较丰富,均诊断为颈动脉体瘤,后经手术病理确诊,彩超诊断的准确率为100％.结论 彩色多普勒超声是诊断颈动脉体瘤较为安全、有效的方法.

Analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of11 cases of carotid body tumor

OBJECTIVE To study diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound for the carotid body tumor.METHODS Retrospective analysis was carried out in 11 cases diagnosed by pathological examination in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2009.The results of color doppler ultrasound examination including carotid body tumor location,shape,size,boundary,echogenicity were analyzed and compared with postoperative pathologic result,and its relationship with the carotid artery was analyzed.RESULTS Color doppler ultrasound showed tumor located in carotid bifurcate,with low echo along borders and no coat,and blood stream of tumor was rich.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 100% when compared with the pathological diagnosis.CONCLUSION Color doppler ultrasound is a safe and effective method in diagnosis of carotid body tumor.
